Useful tips for your holiday at the Ferienwohnungen Ranstl in Flachau
Arrival & Departure
You can arrive from 3:00 pm.
We kindly ask you to check out by 10.00 am.
Free parking spaces are available in front of our house.
Our house is situated right next to the Reitecksee Bathing Lake. The cycle path and ski bus stops are right nearby too.
During your stay
The vacation rentals offer the following amenities:
- Fully-equipped kitchen with 4-hob cooker, oven, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, microwave
- Hairdryer
- Sofa & TV
- Bed linen, towels & dish cloths
The following services are included when booking the Ranstl vacation apartments:
- Use of water, electricity & heating
- Free Wi-Fi
- Flachau Summer Card & Salzburger Sportwelt Card
- Cot & highchair available free of charge on request

- All apartments are equipped with allergy-sufferers in mind
- Washin machine for guests' use: € 4,00 per wash
Opposite of our house you find the bakery/café "Emastoa", where fresh bread rolls and pastries are offered daily. Also the breakfast in the café ist excellent!
Discounts, Cancellations, and More
As a guest staying at the Ferienwohnungen Ranstl you receive a 20 % discount off ski rental at the sports shop Sport im Ort.
We are happy to offer the following discounts for children:
- 0 – 3 years: free of charge
- 4 – 7 years: 50 %
- over 8 years full price
Our prices are excluding resort tax (€ 2,10 per person over 14 years per night)
The end of stay cleaning fee is not included in the price.
In order to confirm your booking we require a deposit of € 300,oo to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder should be paid in cash during your stay in our house.
